As promised, a project with our new colors! I love these softer colors. Using Rustic Rose, Peaches and Cream, and Fresh Sage, this card is great for a birthday, thinking of you, or even a missing you card.
To get started, I used the Peaches and Cream liquid color and the new Buffalo Check stencil to create the background on Whip Cream card stock. I made it sightly darker than the Peaches and Cream card base and once dry, flicked it with Fresh Sage silk. (OMG, I love playing with the silks!!)
The sentiment stack is made with the circle punches and a scallop punch. One the circle punched was the perfect size for the sentiment from the Remarkable You set. I matched the Sage silk with the Fresh Sage ribbon and thread to "tie" it all together then finished it off with Journey Glaze on the sentiment.
